A Deeper Look at CDAP Grants
The CDAP Grow Your Business Online Grant is available to businesses that meet the following initial criteria:
- Profit-oriented businesses
- Consumer-facing (providing goods or services to consumers)
- Have at least one employee (other than the owner) or generated $30,000 in revenue in the past 12 months
Businesses that do not qualify include:
- Franchises, chain stores, or registered charitable organizations
- Direct selling or multi-level marketing companies
- Brokerage firms such as real estate agents, investment advisors, insurance brokers, etc.
- Businesses engaged in online resale or reliant on third-party suppliers for dropshipping operations

No problem, whether you have a physical storefront or not, as long as you provide services or goods to end consumers, you qualify for the application.
No, your business must provide proof of payment to receive reimbursement.
No, this grant requires the setup of an e-commerce store, payment system, reservation system, or ordering system before any remaining funds can be used for marketing and promotion.
Redesigning an existing website is not eligible. However, upgrading the existing website to add new features (new plugins or functionalities) is eligible.
